3 days ago, The Tema Mayor, according to a post she made, said she joined engineers from the Urban Roads Department of TMA, GPHA, and Accra to inspect ongoing repair works on the 300-meter stretch of the Tema Harbour Road leading to the Eastern Gate of the Port.
According to her, that section had become a major concern for commuters due to its deplorable state, and she’s glad to report that, in collaboration with the Port Authority, work is progressing steadily to restore this vital route.
They also took time to assess other roads across the Metropolis needing urgent attention, including key parts of the industrial and Tema enclaves. She assured that, they are committed to ensuring safe, accessible roads for all residents and businesses in Tema.
